Hyogo Prefecture is made up of five unique countries with different histories and climates: Settsu, Tamba, Tajima, Harima, and Awaji.
We sell ozoni that are eaten in each area.
Please find your favorite cup.
* The content of ozoni is an example of each region.

(Zoni with luxurious conger eel!)

[Harima] “Yurine Sumashi Zoni”
(Yurine, carrot, radish with elegant eggplant!)

[Tajima] “Azuki Zoni”
(In Tajima, there are some areas where “Azuki Zenzai” appears on the table on the 2nd of New Year!)

[Tamba] “White miso bonito flakes ozoni”
(Sprinkle dried bonito on ozoni with carrots and radishes!)

[Awaji] “White miso green laver ozoni”
(Just before eating, sprinkle plenty of green laver on the ozoni of white miso!)
